https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/0cf3b674-bcbf-486d-837d-8bbc3b63258e أعلن وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية في حكومة تصريف الأعمال رمزي مشرفيّة إطلاق منصّة التسجيل المخصّصة للبطاقة التمويلية، في مؤتمرٍ صحفيٍّ عقده مع وزير الاقتصاد راؤول نعمة، اليوم الخميس. ومن المقرّر أن تستفيد حوالي 750 ألف عائلة من البطاقة، بمعدّل 25 دولاراً للفرد و126 دولاراً كحدٍّ أقصى للعائلة، تُدفع بالدولار أو بسعر السوق الموازية. كما حُدِّدَت مهلة تقديم الطلبات بدءاً من 9 أيلول الجاري لغاية 15 تشرين الأول 2021، عبر منصّة إمباكت. غير أن إطلاق منصّة التسجيل لا يعني إطلاق البطاقة أو إمكانية الاستفادة منها، إذ لا تزال مصادر تمويلها غير مؤكّدة بعد، حيث تفاوض الحكومةُ البنك الدولي لتغيير وجهة استعمال القرض المخصّص للنقل العام (300 مليون دولار)، كما تنتظر أن يستلم لبنان حقوق السحب المخصّصة له من صندوق النقد الدولي والبالغة قيمتها 860 مليون دولار. تجدر الإشارة إلى أن عمليات رفع الدعم بدأت بالفعل هذا الأسبوع، رغم عدم جهوزيّة البطاقة التي ما زالت تؤخّرها عدّة عوامل، منها إشكالية التمويل ودراسة طلبات المستفيدين والمناكفات الحكومية لتوظيف البطاقة في سياق الرشوة الانتخابية. Caretaker Minister of Social Affairs, Ramzi Moucharafieh, announced the launch of the online registration platform for the ration card in a press conference held with Economy Minister Raoul Nehme on Thursday. Approximately 750,000 families are expected to benefit from the card, with an average of $25 per individual and a maximum of $126 per family, disbursed in dollars or in Lebanese pounds at the parallel market rate. The timeline for submitting applications has been set from September 9 to October 15, 2021 through the Impact platform. The launch of the registration platform, however, does not guarantee the actual launch of the card or the possibility of benefiting from it, as funding sources have yet to be confirmed. The government is still negotiating with the World Bank to reallocate a $300 million loan originally meant for public transport for this purpose, and is waiting to receive $860 million in Special Drawing Rights from the IMF.
