https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/14f737f3-2559-43b1-bfdf-d933171abf01 أُطلِق، أمس، سراح الناشط طوني خوري الذي تمّ توقيفه في السابع من أيار الماضي بعد أن دوّن عبارة «بشير حيّ فينا» على لافتة انتخابية للحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي، ثم تبيّن أن مفوّض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية فادي عقيقي ادّعى عليه بسلّة من التُّهَم المختلفة كأحداث الطيونة والتحريض على قائد الجيش وصولاً إلى العمالة لإسرائيل. وجاء قرار إطلاق سراح خوري بعد أن فسخت محكمة التمييز العسكرية برئاسة القاضي صقر صقر، قرار القاضي عقيقي، وقرّرت تخلية سبيله مقابل كفالة مالية قدرها خمسة ملايين ليرة بعد توقيفه لـ38 يوماً. يأتي إطلاق سراح خوري ليطرح علامات استفهام حول السهولة التي باتت تُلصَق بها تهمة العمالة لإسرائيل للنيل من بعض الأفراد، مع العلم أنّ خوري، وهو مقرّب من القوّات اللبنانية، كان قد نشط خلال انتفاضة 17 تشرين في منطقة الزوق، وسبق أن تمّ توقيفه مرّتين. Activist Tony Khoury was released yesterday, after he was arrested on May 7 for writing “Bashir is alive in us” on a Syrian Social Nationalist Party election poster. The State Commissioner to the Military Court, Judge Fadi Akiki, then brought several charges against Khoury including involvement in the Tayyouneh incidents, incitement against the commander of the army and working as an agent for Israel. Khoury was released when the Military Court of Cassation, headed by Judge Saqr Saqr, annulled Judge Akiki's decision, and set him free after 38 days spent in detention, in exchange for bail set at LBP 5 million.
