https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/198b38ed-88c4-4e06-95a8-1d993228acf6 صبّ رئيس التيار الوطني الحر جبران باسيل غضبه على انتفاضة 17 تشرين، متّهماً إيّاها بالتسبّب بتهريب الدولار من لبنان. وعلى طريقة حليفه بشار الأسد الذي عمل على تغيير الشعب لينقذ نظامه، طالب باسيل بتغيير الثورة. باسيل، وخلال إعلان لوائح التيار الانتخابيّة في «الفوروم دو بيروت» ظهر اليوم، حمل على التوريث السياسي وعلى النوّاب التابعين لحزب المصارف، متناسياً وضعه كوريث، ومتعامياً عن زميله في التيار النائب ابراهيم كنعان الذي تزعّم لوبي المصارف في مجلس النوّاب من خلال لجنة تقصّي الحقائق التي ترأسها. لم يخجل باسيل من مخاطبة مناصريه وكأنّه واحد من خارج المنظومة، لكنّ ذروة خطابه كانت في إلقاء اللوم على الثورة في مسألة الكهرباء، علماً أنّ التيار الوطني الحر يحتلّ وزارة الطاقة منذ العام 2009، ويترشّح على لوائحه ثلاثة وزراء طاقة سابقين بينهم باسيل نفسه. During the FPM’s electoral list announcement at the Forum de Beyrouth today, Bassil attacked political heirs and MPs belonging to the party of banks, seemingly forgetting his own position as a political heir, as well as FPM MP Ibrahim Kanaan, who represents the banks’ lobby in Parliament as head of the fact-finding committee. Bassil shamelessly addressed his supporters as if he was not part of the political regime.
