They appeared today before the Palace of Justice in Beirut. Construction on #RoulaBahnam’s property had already broken the law and repeatedly defied a Ministry of Environment order issued on October 19, yet the judiciary has taken no action against her. Work at the site was halted only recently, after a second court order from a judge of summary affairs.
