The accused Nohad Machnouk defies the judge | المتّهم نهاد المشنوق يتحدّى القاضي: الطائفيّة تحميني https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/23ce7b92-05cb-4bcf-9569-fbb49e65aa37 فتح النائب نهاد المشنوق النار على قاضي التحقيق العدلي طارق بيطار، مستخدماً منبر دار الفتوى كدرع طائفيّ يحتمي به من الادّعاء عليه في قضية انفجار المرفأ. فلم يكتفِ المشنوق بإعلان نيّته وحسان دياب تقديم دعوى ردّ في وجه بيطار لعدم اختصاصه بالتحقيق في ملف انفجار المرفأ، بل صرّح في نوعٍ من المزاح الطائفيّ الثقيل بأنّ عنوان حسان دياب الذي يتلقّى التبليغات القضائية عليه ليس إلا دار الفتوى نفسها. وأعقب ذلك بالتلميح لتبعيّة بيطار لبكركي، في محاولة لتصوير التحقيقات كما لو أنّها صراعٌ مسيحي - مسلم. الجدير بالذكر أنّ تصعيد المشنوق تزامن مع دعوى الارتياب المشروع التي قدّمها الوزير السابق يوسف فنيانوس، اليوم الأربعاء، ضدّ بيطار، وذلك بعد يوم على التهديد الذي وجّهه رئيس وحدة الارتباط والتنسيق في حزب الله وفيق صفا إلى القاضي بيطار بـ«قبعه». Not only did Machnouk announce his and Hassan Diab's intention to file a counter-lawsuit against Judge Bitar saying he lacks the authority to accuse ministers and MPs in the port explosion investigation, but Machnouk also declared, in heavy sectarian-tinged humor, that Diab's subpoenas should be sent to his address which is Dar Al-Fatwa. Machnouk then alluded to Bitar's subordination to Bkerke, in an attempt to portray the investigation as a Christian-Muslim conflict.
