https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/241e49d2-c448-461d-b4e3-86b2f584daba بارك أمين عام حزب الله حسن نصرالله للبنانيّين، في خطاب أمس الجمعة، استقلال عام 1948، مرّتَين، بفارق 5 أعوام فقط لا غير عن تاريخ الاستقلال الفعلي عام 1943. واستكمل نصرالله رحلته في عالمه الموازي، في ملف المرفأ، متّهماً القضاة الذين أسقطوا الدعاوى بحقّ القاضي طارق بيطار بالاستنسابية والتسييس، بدورهم. وإذ رذّ نصرالله الرماد في العيون، مذهولاً من أنّ كل ذلك تمّ «في يومين»، فاته أن سقوط دعوى الارتياب المشروع استغرق 63 يوماً بالتحديد، وأنّ سقوط طلبَي مخاصمة الدولة استغرق 27 يوماً، وأنّ قبول كف يد القاضي غسّان خوري- الذي دافع عنه نصرالله- استغرق 45 يوماً. أصرّ نصرالله في المضيّ قدماً في انفصاله عن الواقع، معتبراً أنّ بعض القضاة الذي تجرّأوا على بيطار- بإشارةٍ إلى القاضي حبيب مزهر، قد تعرّض للترهيب والتهديد. كما استغلّ هذا الادّعاء لنفي صفة الترهيب عن حزبه، وكأنّ رئيس وحدة الارتباط والتنسيق في حزب الله وفيق صفا لم يقصد قصر العدل يوماً، وكأنّ أحداث الطيّونة لم تكن. في كلماته الأخيرة حول الملفّ، عاد نصرالله من عالمه الموازي إلى عالم الواقع، مشيراً إلى أنّ «بعض القضاة يحمون بعض القضاة»، وهذا ما حدث بالفعل، بدءاً ممّا فعله القاضي غسّان عويدات، ومعاونه خوري، ومزهر المتعدّي على الصلاحيّات، في حلفهم الأخطبوطي مع المُدّعى عليهم الهاربين من العدالة الذين لم يملّوا بعد من زرع العراقيل في درب بيطار. Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah congratulated the Lebanese on their independence in 1948 twice in his speech on Friday –– five years later than the actual date in 1943. Nasrallah continued his journey in his parallel universe, accusing the judges who dropped the cases against Judge Bitar of being biased and politicized. He was also stunned that the requests were rejected within “two days,” although the legitimate suspicion charge against Bitar was dropped after 63 days, the lawsuit against the state was rejected after 27 days, and the approval to remove Judge Ghassan Khoury –– whom Nasrallah defended –– was given after 45 days. Nasrallah then stated that the judges who had dared attack Bitar –– meaning Judge Habib Mezher –– were subjected to threats and intimidation. He used this example to deny that his party had intimidated anyone, as if the head of Hezbollah's Liaison and Coordination Unit, Wafic Safa, had not visited the Justice Palace, or the Tayouneh events had not happened. Nasrallah ended his investigation rant by returning to the real world and saying that “some judges are protecting others,” which is the reality: Judge Ghassan Oueidat, his assistant Khoury and Mezher, are all helping each other as well as the accused, who are evading justice and do not tire from trying to obstruct Bitar’s work.
