From Cannes Festival: Stop raping and killing women | من مهرجان كان: أوقفوا قتل النساء واغتصابهنّ https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/2703904b-5de2-4322-98ab-660124b51d61 تحوّلت السجادة الحمراء في الدورة الخامسة والسبعين من مهرجان كان السينمائي، أمس الأحد، إلى منبرٍ لتسليط الضوء على جرائم قتل النساء، بعدما نفّذت ناشطات نسويّات من حركة «ليه كولّوز» الفرنسيّة وقفةً احتجاجيّة رفضاً للعنف ضدّ النساء. وقد حملت الناشطات لافتةً ضخمة تضمّ 129 اسماً لضحايا جرائم قتل النساء في فرنسا منذ الدورة السابقة لمهرجان كان في تمّوز الفائت. كما حملت النشاطات قنابل دخانية، احتجاجاً على العنف المتزايد الذي تتعرّض إليه النساء، وذلك قبل العرض الأوّل للفيلم الوثائقي «Riposte Féministe» للمخرجين ماري بيرينيس وسيمون دوباردون، والذي يتناول نشاط حركة «ليه كولّوز» في مكافحة جرائم قتل النساء والتحرّش والاعتداء الجنسي. سبق هذه الوقفة اقتحامُ ناشطة نسوية من حركة «سكام» الفرنسيّة السجادة الحمراء، الجمعة الفائت، تنديداً بجرائم الاغتصاب التي ترتكبها القوّات الروسيّة ضدّ النساء في أوكرانيا، قبل أن يوقفها جهاز أمن المهرجان. The red carpet at the 75th Cannes Film Festival, on Sunday, shined a spotlight on femicide, after feminist activists from the French movement "Les Colleuses" staged a protest denouncing violence against women. The activists carried a huge banner listing 129 first names of victims of femicide in France since the last time the festival was held in July 2021. The activists, who carried smoke bombs, denounced the increasing violence against women ahead of the premiere of “Riposte Féministe” by directors Marie Perennès and Simon Depardon, which documents the activism of “Les Colleuses” in their fight against the murder, harassment and sexual assault of women.
