Iranian forces killed at least five and arrested hundreds, as demonstrations continue to spread in their fourth day, to protest Mahsa Amini being tortured to death by the “morality police” last Friday. With the Iranian police continuing to suppress demonstrations, protesters responded by burning police motorcycles and police ambulances, and beating security personnel. Women have also been burning their hijabs and cutting their hair in the streets, and spray painting Amini’s name on the walls, mobilizing for wider protests and escalation.
