President Michel Aoun reprimanded the media during his “surprise visit” to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to supervise the diaspora elections on Sunday. Aoun started with “If you want me to speak, shut up” only to change his tone and end his speech with a wish to hold elections again in four years.
