https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/39ebe64b-581b-4057-be65-f16f90a7bbcd غادر وفد صندوق النقد الدولي بيروت، أمس، كما وصلها الثلاثاء، ولم يصدر عنه سوى المزيد من الانتقادات للسلطة اللبنانية والتعبير عن الخيبة بسبب البطء في تنفيذ الإصلاحات المتّفق عليها، بحسب ما أعلن رئيس الوفد إرنتسو راميريز ريغو. وفي بيانٍ أصدره بعد الزيارة، أعاد الصندوق التأكيد على خطوطه الحمر: حماية المودعين الصغار، والاعتراف بخسائر القطاع المصرفي، وعدم الاعتماد على عائدات الدولة المستقبلية لسدّ تلك الخسائر. يُذكر أنّ صندوق النقد الدولي توصّل إلى «تفاهم على مستوى الموظّفين» مع لبنان في نيسان الماضي بعد وضع مجموعة من الشروط الإصلاحية من بينها إعادة هيكلة المصارف، وتعديل قانون السريّة المصرفيّة، الكابيتال كونترول، وإقرار الموازنة، لكنّ السلطة لم تنجح في تنفيذها حتى اليوم. The International Monetary Fund delegation, which arrived in Beirut on Tuesday, left Beirut yesterday, criticizing Lebanese authorities for their slow implementation of agreed reforms, according to Ernesto Ramirez Rigo, head of the IMF delegation. In a statement issued after the visit, the IMF reaffirmed its red lines: protecting small depositors, recognizing the losses of the banking sector, and limiting recourse to public resources to cover the losses. The IMF reached a “staff-level agreement” with Lebanon last April, which listed a set of reform conditions, including restructuring banks, amending the Banking Secrecy Law, adopting Capital Control, and approving the budget.
