https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/3aed18fb-1721-4dde-af5e-b5615bff5d64 بعد ثلاثة عشر شهراً على استقالة حكومة حسان دياب، اتّفقت أطراف السلطة أخيراً على توزيع الحصص في ما بينها، لتولد حكومة نجيب ميقاتي، وهي الحكومة الرابعة من ولاية ميشال عون الرئاسيّة. ورغم مسار التأليف الطويل، لم يجرِ الاتفاق إلا على اسم وزيرةٍ واحدة من أصل 24 وزيراً، هي وزيرة الدولة لشؤون التنمية الإداريّة نجلاء رياشي، وهي أوّل امرأة في الحكومات الثلاث التي شكّلها ميقاتي في مسيرته السياسيّة (2005، 2011، 2021). وفور إعلان الحكومة، ذرف ميقاتي الدموع على أوضاع اللبنانيّين، لكنّ دموعه لم تمنعه من التبشير بمزيد من رفع الدعم و«شدّ الأحزمة»، قائلاً: «نحنا منشفين»، ما يؤكّد أنّ أولويّات الحكومة ستستكمل العمل على تحميل كلفة الانهيار لعموم الناس حمايةً للمصارف. كما أبدى ميقاتي إصراره على إجراء الانتخابات النيابيّة في 8 أيّار المقبل، وإعادة وصل ما انقطع مع العالم العربي، النظام السوري ضمناً. يُذكر أنّ ميقاتي هو أكثر سياسيّي لبنان ثراءً، وهو متّهم بملفات فسادٍ عديدة، أبرزها ملفّ الاستفادة غير المشروعة من القروض السكنيّة. Despite the long formation process, only one female minister was agreed on, among 24: Minister of State for Administrative Reform Najla Riachi, the first woman in Mikati’s three governments (2005, 2011, 2021). Immediately after announcing the new government, Mikati shed tears over the Lebanese people’s situation, then announced the end of all subsidies and more “belt tightening,” stating “we are running dry,” confirming that the government’s priority will be to continue making the general public bear the cost of the collapse in order to protect banks. Mikati also expressed his insistence on holding parliamentary elections on May 8, 2022, and rebuilding broken relations with Arab countries, including the Syrian regime.
