A number of Haret Hreik residents stormed Bilal Daaboul's electricity subscription office in the neighborhood causing some damage. Daaboul was insisting on cutting off electricity on the pretext of a fuel shortage, although he had obtained subsidized diesel from the Southern Suburbs' Union of Municipalities.
