https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/58ea12ea-73a7-48a5-b68e-0e242a261986 تمثل، اليوم، الستاند آب كوميديان شادن فقيه أمام المحكمة العسكرية بتُهمة «المسّ بسمعة المديريّة العامّة لقوى الأمن والتحقير»، في ما بات يُعرَف بقضية الفُوَط الصحية. وكانت شادن قد تبلّغت باستدعائها إلى المحكمة العسكرية في تشرين الثاني الماضي، بعد أن مثَلت في أيار 2021 أمام مكتب مكافحة جرائم المعلوماتية، بسبب اتّصالها خلال فترة الإقفال والحجر الصحي برقم الطوارئ في قوى الأمن الداخلي، لتستفهم عن كيفية الحصول على الفوط الصحية من دون الخروج من المنزل. ولا يُتوقّع خروج شادن من المحكمة قبل ساعة متأخرّة من مساء اليوم، نظراً لتأخُّر انطلاق جلسات المحكمة بفعل انقطاع التيار الكهربائي، إضافةً إلى تكديس الدعاوى في المحكمة العسكرية، ما يُجبر المدّعى عليهم على الانتظار لساعات قبل استجوابهم أو إصدار حُكم بحقّهم، بغضّ النظر عن التُّهم الموجّهة ضدهم. يُذكَر أنّ المحكمة العسكرية قد كرّست نفسها في الأعوام الأخيرة، جهةً قضائية مختصّة بملاحقة الناشطين والمعارضين، لكنّها المرّة الأولى التي تقدّم نفسها كمختصّةٍ أيضاً بقضايا الفُوَط الصحيّة. On Friday, stand-up comedian Shaden Fakih appeared before the Military Court, for "insulting and harming the reputation of the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces," in what has come to be known as the sanitary pad case. Shaden was informed of her summons to Military Court last November. She had previously appeared in May 2021 before the Cybercrime Office, for calling the ISF emergency number during the period of lockdown to ask how she could obtain sanitary pads without leaving her home. Shaden is not expected to leave the court before late this evening. Court sessions started late because of a power outage, and the backlog of cases at the Military Court forces defendants to wait for hours before they are called in for questioning or a ruling is issued against them, regardless of their charges.
