https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/5d706204-53af-4ea0-9696-678cbf617fe0 أكمل سعد الحريري مسلسل المزايدات في تحقيقات المرفأ لناحية المطالِبة برفع الحصانات، في كلمته اليوم الثلاثاء، حيث كشف عن اقتراح تعمل عليه كتلة المستقبل النيابية لتعليق كافة الحصانات، بدءاً من موقع رئاسة الجمهورية وصولاً إلى المحامين، وضمناً رئاسة الحكومة. شمل الحريري نفسه مع من يجب رفع الحصانة عنهم لا يأتي إكراماً لإحقاق الحقّ، كما ادّعى، بل لحفظ ماء الوجه بعدما وقّع عدد من نوّاب كتلته على العريضة النيابية التي تهدف إلى حرف مسار التحقيقات. غير أنّ الحريري بقيَ مصرّاً، في الآن نفسه، على الدفاع عن العريضة، مبرّراً أنّها تضمّنت عبارة «طلب اتّهام وبالتالي الإذن بالملاحقة» وإن كان ذلك أمام محكمة الوزراء والرؤساء. وقد سبق خطاب الحريري تصريحٌ للوزير السابق نهاد المشنوق أعرب فيه بدوره عن طلب تعديل الدستور من أجل رفع الحصانات، بعدما نال نصيبه من الانتقادات لناحية تهرّبه من حضور التحقيقات بصفة مدّعى عليه. In his speech on Tuesday, he revealed that the Future bloc is working on a proposal to lift all immunities, including that of the president, the lawyers, and the prime minister. Hariri claimed that including himself in the list is to “serve justice”, however it represents a way to save face after a number of MPs from his bloc signed the parliamentary motion. At the same time, Hariri was adamant on defending the motion for including the phrase “a request for indictment and therefore permission to prosecute,” even if before the Higher Council. Hariri’s speech was preceded by former Minister Nohad Machnouk’s statement, in which he in turn called on amending the Constitution to lift immunities.
