https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/7e6c69a8-5fdd-452c-a511-1f3b0c1317a5 أعلن الوزير الفارّ من العدالة في ملف انفجار المرفأ، علي حسن خليل، عزمه التقدّم بدعوى مدنية وجزائية ضد رئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى سهيل عبّود لإحالته إلى التفتيش القضائي، في معرض الهجوم المستمرّ على القضاء الذي لا يزال يقف عائقاً أمام تنفيذ مطالب السلطة السياسية في هذه القضية. وبينما لم يسلَم المحقق العدلي في الملف، القاضي طارق البيطار، من اتهامات التسييس، قال خليل في مقابلة على شاشة أل.بي.سي.آي. أمس، إنّ عبّود «مرتكب أكبر جريمة أوصلت القضاء إلى مستوى من الانهيار المادي والمعنوي وتشكيك العالم فيه»، لكون الأخير رفض السير في هرطقة القاضي البديل. ولم يتوانَ الوزير الفارّ من العدالة عن تقديم معلومات مغلوطة حول الملف، بما فيها زعمه وجود ادّعاء على أربعة رؤساء حكومات و14 وزيراً، في محاولة منه لتوريط سائر ممثلي السلطة في الجبهة نفسها للإطاحة بالتحقيق والمحقق العدلي. يُذكر أنّ التحقيق في قضية المرفأ متوقّف منذ 23 كانون الأول الماضي بفعل كف يد البيطار، وقد حرّك قبل شهر وزير العدل هرطقة تعيين القاضي البديل بهدف إطلاق سراح الموقوفين ووقف ملاحقة السياسيين المدعى عليهم، لكنّ القاضي عبّود أعاق الهرطقة مؤقتاً برفض عرضها على التصويت في مجلس القضاء. Ali Hassan Khalil announced that he intends to file a civil and criminal lawsuit against the head of the Higher Judicial Council Souheil Abboud and to refer him to judicial inspection. The minister, who is fleeing from justice in the port explosion case, launched yet another attack on the judiciary, which is still preventing the political class’s demands in this case. In an interview on LBCI yesterday, Khalil accused judicial investigator Tarek Bitar of being politically biased. He also said Abboud “committed the biggest crime which led the judiciary to material and moral collapse” because he refused to comply with the illegal matter of the substitute judge. The minister, a suspect in the port explosion case, also presented disinformation about the case, saying that four prime ministers and 14 ministers were summoned, in an attempt to implicate other politicians to overthrow the investigation and Bitar. The port investigation has been on hold since December 2021 after Bitar was removed.
