France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden and other European countries are expelling more than 200 Russian diplomats and embassy employees, in Europe's most drastic diplomatic measure against Russia since the invasion of Ukraine. The move comes as a reaction to the massacre of Ukrainian civilians in the city of Bucha, North of Kyiv; the atrocities of which are being revealed as Russian troops withdraw from the city. The Ukrainian government says it has recovered the corpses of 410 civilians who were directly targeted by the Russian army.
