https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/9e350a3e-a548-4cd4-84f8-4ff2b3731348 اعتدت القوى الأمنية على مجموعة من المتظاهرين حضرت إلى منزل النائب نجيب ميقاتي في بيروت، أمس الأحد، احتجاجاً على توجّه الكتل النيابيّة لتسميته اليوم الإثنين لتشكيل الحكومة المقبلة. القمع الذي قوبِلَ به متظاهرو أمس يبشّر بنهج ميقاتي في التعاطي مع المقيمين إن تولّى رئاسة الحكومة، وهو ليس بجديدٍ عليه، إذ سبق له أنّ هدد باللجوء إلى «الأمن الذاتي» في طرابلس. يُذكَر أنّ استشارات تكليف الرئيس الجديد لتشكيل الحكومة تُعقَد في هذه الأثناء في بعبدا، وقد نال ميقاتي تبنّي «نادي رؤساء الحكومة السابقين» لترشيحه، في انتظار أن تسمّيه معظم الكتل النيابية، باستثناء التيار الوطني الحر والقوات اللبنانية. Security forces assaulted a group of demonstrators who rallied in front of MP Najib Mikati's residence in Beirut on Sunday, in protest against the parliamentary blocs' decision to nominate him to form the next government on Monday. The repression with which Mikati met demonstrators yesterday heralds his approach to dealing with residents should he become prime minister. This is not the first time that he has exhibited this attitude, as he had previously threatened to resort to "self-security" in Tripoli. Consultations to designate the new prime minister are currently being held at Baabda palace.
