Journalist Riad Kobaissi was attacked in front of a gas station in Jiyeh, where a person proceeded to smash his car's windshield. Prior to the incident, Kobaissi had been documenting the ISF facilitating the passage of cars against traffic, which caused suffocating congestion on the coastline.
