The family of Hashem Medlej, who went missing in the Tripoli death boat incident, filed a forced disappearance lawsuit after they confirmed that he had survived the incident. He was moved to the Tripoli Governmental Hospital, then to a General Security jail cell at the behest of Army Intelligence.
