While Lebanese students in Ukraine struggle to find a way out of the country, Ali Daher, theLebanese ambassador to Ukraine, appeared on Al Jadeed yesterday to defend the embassy’s delay in carrying out its duties. The ambassador redefined the hotline service, saying that it does not mean a quick response for callers. Daher did not spare members of the diaspora, accusing them of blaming the embassy instead of reading the instructions on their website.
