https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/ae07e8b9-391f-4a4f-9d80-6988a5a6c7fc تجاوز طول طابور الاقتراع أمام القنصلية اللبنانية في دُبي الكيلومتر، اليوم الأحد، مع تزايد الشكاوى حول مدّة الانتظار خلال المرحلة الثانية من اقتراع المغتربين التي بدأت صباح اليوم. وردّاً على سوء تنظيم الاقتراع، رأى وزير الخارجية عبدالله بو حبيب في طابور دُبي دليلاً على «أنّنا لما نطلع لبرّا منوقف بالصف، ولما نكون بلبنان منفوت ببعضنا». ولدى مساءلة بو حبيب حول رفض القنصل خيار نقل الانتخابات إلى مراكز أوسع، لا سيّما وأنّ الحرارة تتخطّى الـ45 درجة في الخارج، أجاب الوزير أنّه «لما كون برّا بأميركا بدي احضر سينما، تحت الشتي بوقّف [...] معليش مرقيلنا ياها». وكان عدد المقترعين في دُبي قد تجاوز 3,750 مقترعاً عند تصريح الوزير، من أصل 19,924 مسجّلاً في دُبي. كما كشفت جمعيّة «لادي» أنّ مندوبي بعض الأحزاب أدخلوا «عدداً من الناخبين من الباب الخلفي لمركز الاقتراع في القنصلية في دُبي [...] ما يشكّل مخالفة لسلامة عملية الاقتراع». The voting queue in front of the Lebanese Consulate in Dubai exceeded 1 kilometer on Sunday, with voters complaining about the waiting period and the poorly organized voting process during the second phase of diaspora elections, which began this morning. In response to the lack of organization, Foreign Minister Abdullah Bou Habib stated that the Dubai queue is proof that “when we are abroad we stand in line, but in Lebanon we cut it.” When asked why the consul refused to move the elections to a larger center, especially that the temperature is over 45 degrees in Dubai, the minister said “When I go to the cinema in the U.S, I wait under the rain [...] It’s okay, let it slide.” Over 3,750 citizens had already voted at the time of the minister’s statement, out of a total of 19,924 registered voters in Dubai.
