They demanded to see Minister Hector Hajjar to question him about the ration card, which they considered to be an “electoral card,” especially since the subsidies are fully lifted. The Social Affairs Ministry had announced that it was technically and administratively ready to implement the ration card, with no issue left to solve, except funding.
