https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/c0cf8217-8c40-4e2c-aa3f-c4f40cc24778 نفّذت جمعية القضاة التونسيين وقفةً احتجاجية أمام مقرّ قصر العدالة في العاصمة التونسية رفضاً لقرار الرئيس قيس سعيّد حلّ المجلس الأعلى للقضاء، تزامناً مع استمرار إضراب القضاة لليوم الثاني على التوالي. وأعلنت وزيرة العدل التونسية ليلى جفال، أمس الأربعاء، أنّ سعيّد لن يحلّ المجلس كمؤسسة دستورية، إلّا أنّه يتجه اليوم لعرض مشروع مرسوم رئاسي أمام مجلس الوزراء لتشكيل هيئة قضائية مؤقتة، من دون أن تتطرّق الوزيرة إلى شكلها أو دورها. وكانت جمعية القضاة التونسيين قد افتتحت إضرابها أمس وعلّقت العمل في المحاكم التونسية رفضاً لاستهداف استقلالية القضاء ومحاولة سعيّد إخضاعه للسلطة التنفيذية. كما ندّدت منظّمات حقوقية عديدة بقرارات سعيّد، فاعتبرت منظّمة العفو الدولية المجلس الأعلى للقضاء «المعقل الأخير للنزاهة القضائية» بعدما فتّت سعيّد جميع أجهزة الرقابة المؤسساتية. يذكر أنَّ المجلس الأعلى للقضاء تشكّل بعد الثورة التونسية في 2011 كهيئة رقابية قضائية بهدف حماية استقلالية القضاء من سلطة الحكومة وتأثيرها. On its second day of strike, Tunisia's Judges Association held a protest in front of the Palace of Justice in the Tunisian capital, objecting to President Kais Saied's decision to dissolve the Higher Judicial Council. On Wednesday, Tunisian Justice Minister Leila Jaffel said that Saied would not be dissolving the Council but working to set up a temporary judicial body, without clarifying its form or role. The Judges Association launched a strike on Wednesday and suspended work in Tunisian courts, in defense of the judiciary's independence against Saied's attempt to subject it to executive authority. Several human rights organizations also condemned Saied's decisions. Amnesty International considered the Higher Judicial Council as the "last bastion of judicial impartiality" after Saied disbanded other institutional oversight bodies. The Higher Judicial Council was formed after the Tunisian revolution in 2011 as a judicial oversight body with the aim of protecting the independence of the judiciary from the authority and influence of the government.
