https://video.megaphone.news/videos/watch/de464e50-0cdd-4acb-b68b-5bdb667888bb استشرس عناصر مكافحة الشغب، ليل أمس، في قمع المحتجّين الذين تظاهروا أمام مصرف لبنان تحت شعار «تسقط منظومة الإجرام والتفقير»، ممّا أدّى إلى سقوط عدد من الجرحى. واحتجاجاً على تجاوزات الأجهزة الأمنية، تحوّل مسار التظاهرة إلى وزارة الداخلية، بعدما كان مقرّراً أن ينطلق المتظاهرون من مصرف لبنان إلى السرايا الحكومية وساحة النجمة. وكان المتظاهرون قد تمكّنوا مع انطلاق تحرّكهم، من إضرام النار داخل المصرف المركزي من جهة المدخل الخلفي. ورشّوا على الجدران شعار «سليم صفير قاتل»، في إشارةٍ إلى رئيس جمعية المصارف. Riot police ferociously brutalized demonstrators who had gathered in front of the central bank last night under the slogan “Down with the system of crime of impoverishment,” resulting in a number of injuries. The demonstration turned towards the Interior Ministry to protest against security services’ excesses. The march was initially planned from BDL to the Grand Serail and Nejmeh Square. Demonstrators managed to start a fire inside the central bank at the start of the protest, from the back entrance side. They also spray painted “Salim Sfeir is a murderer” on the bank’s walls, in reference to the president of the Association of Banks.
