Rima Hassan in Paris: The next ship is almost ready to sail European Parliament member #RimaHassan arrived in Paris on Thursday night, nearly five days after being detained aboard the #Madleen humanitarian ship. Hassan was among the 12 activists who sailed on the vessel in an attempt to break the blockade on #Gaza, before being intercepted by the Israeli army in international waters. Following their detention and interrogation, the Israeli authorities immediately deported four activists, followed by five more on Thursday. Three activists remain in Israel’s custody to this day.
